All the files you’ve uploaded are listed in the Media Library, with the most recent uploads listed first.
You can view your media in a simple visual grid or a list with columns. Switch between these views using the icons to the left above the media.
To delete media items, click the Bulk Select button at the top of the screen. Select any items you wish to delete, then click the Delete Selected button. Clicking the Cancel Selection button takes you back to viewing your media.
Clicking an item will display an Attachment Details dialog, which allows you to preview media and make quick edits. Any changes you make to the attachment details will be automatically saved.
Use the arrow buttons at the top of the dialog, or the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard, to navigate between media items quickly.
You can also delete individual items and access the extended edit screen from the details dialog.

Add NewPHP is the programming language that WordPress, Ninja Forms, and themes are built on. The version that is currently used for your site is no longer supported. Newer versions of PHP are both faster and more secure. In fact, your version of PHP no longer receives security updates, which is why we're sending you to this notice.
Your site could be faster and more secure with a newer PHP version.
Hosts have the ability to update your PHP version, but sometimes they don't dare to do that because they're afraid they'll break your site.
Which version should I update?
You should update your PHP version to either 5.6 or to 7.0 or 7.1. On a normal WordPress site, switching to PHP 5.6 should never cause issues. We would however actually recommend you switch to PHP7. There are some plugins that are not ready for PHP7 though, so do some testing first. Yoast have an article on how to test whether that's an option for you here. PHP7 is much faster than PHP 5.6. It's also the only PHP version still in active development and therefore the better option for your site in the long run.
Can't update? Ask your host!
If you cannot upgrade your PHP version yourself, you can send an email to your host. Yoast has examples here. If they don't want to upgrade your PHP version, we would suggest you switch hosts. Have a look at one of the recommended WordPress hosting partners.
