Glyn works within the Welsh Centre for Printing and Coating (WCPC) as Outreach and Engagement Officer.  He has previously worked in the printing industry with over 20 years’ experience, including roles as Production Manager, technical Manager and Works Manager within flexographic, rotogravure and lithographic print factories. In addition to his experience within printing he held a position of director in a small outdoor advertising company.

Before joining the WCPC and during his time in industry Glyn completed a part time MSc in Colour Application Technology, in which he considered the effects of speed and viscosity on print quality in rotogravure printing.  As part of his role within the WCPC, Glyn works closely with industrial partners, liaising with them on all aspects of the Centre’s Industrial work, ranging from short projects, to long term research issues.  Recently Glyn was a project manager for the Micro and Nano Technologies for Healthcare a project sponsored by the Welsh European Funding Office.
