GAIM

Project Overview

The Graphic Arts in Manufacture (GAIM) project brought together expertise in the creative industries with the manufacturing potential of printing.

Based around the three themes of graphics, product decoration & fabrics, the project held a series of workshops to engage with industrial and academic partners in order to utilise printing for new products, identify issues and potential solutions as well as the needs of future research and development. The workshops lead to approximately 30 collaborative projects. The project was funded by the Welsh Government under the Academic Expertise for Business (A4B) programme.
